•  Valid Days of Return: Any article purchased online can be exchanged from our within 7 days, once the article has been delivered, given that the customer has proof of purchase.
•  Proof of Purchase: This includes an online order confirmation email.
•  Shipping charges: Since we have an open parcel policy as mentioned on the parcel, the customer will be liable to pay delivery and return charges in all cases
•  Proof for return:  This includes an uncut video of the parcel opening for claiming any returns of damaged and missing products.
