Refund & Excahnge Policy

At Attires For Muslimah, our customers are our first priority. Our customer care team will facilitate you on each step if you wish to exchange your purchased item. The help you need is just a click away!

  •  Valid Days of Exchange: Any article purchased online can be exchanged from our within 7 days, once the article has been delivered, given that the customer has proof of purchase.
  •  Proof of Purchase: This includes an online order confirmation email.
  •  Shipping charges: Since we have an open parcel policy as mentioned on the parcel, customer will be liable to pay delivery and return charges in all cases
  •  Proof for return:  This includes an uncut video of parcel opening for claiming any returns of damaged and missing products.
  •  Conditions Qualified for Return: Articles are qualified for return only if they are unused, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition and original invoice is present. Also, state a valid reason for requesting an exchange, such as if the article is defected, in wrong size, or incorrect. In case of articles that are delivered in boxes, must be returned with their original packaging.

Note: Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s colour and design, actual colours and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings and lighting in the installation location. Therefore, it doesn’t qualify as valid condition for exchange.

  •  Return process: Customers are liable to safely send the article back to our Address using a reliable courier service. We suggest sending from TCS.
  •  Exchange process: Customer is reponsible to safely return the product back to us. A website voucher will be issued that can be used to order again at website. Website voucher will be of the same amount of the returned product.
  •  Items not Allowed for Refund: Articles purchased on discount or on sale are not qualified for refund. Note: For sale orders, exchanges will only be provided for valid reasons and exchange time will also take longer than usual.
  •  Damaged Products:  We can offer upto 25% refund for damaged items incase the customer is unable to return it.

Advanced paid orders

In case your order is paid in advance and due to any reason it is not delivered by the courier service, your amount will be refunded back in 2-3 working days. Delivery charges are non refundable in some cases.
